  • Where can I find information on the fuel ingredients and other characteristics?

    You can find the list of Visolis fuels and their detailed descriptions on the fuel prices page.

  • When does the self-service terminal issue a voucher code?

    If the service cannot be fully provided at the station for any reason, the unused amount will be issued as a voucher, valid for 30 calendar days.

  • How can I receive the voucher code?

    You can receive the voucher code in three different ways: 1. By printing it on your ticket 2. Via SMS 3. By displaying it on the voucher page in the Wissol app (if you have use your loyalty card)

  • Where can I purchase vouchers?

    Vouchers are available at any of our service centers or at our head office.

  • How do I collect points with the Wissol loyalty program?

    You’ll receive 1% of your purchase amount back in points. For auto gas purchases, you’ll earn points equal to 3% of the amount spent.

  • Where can I earn and spend Wissol points?

    You can earn and spend points only at Wissol-branded stations, Smart stores, and Winto service centers.

  • How long are the points valid?

    Accumulated points can be used for 1 to 2 years. For example, points earned in mid-2024 can be spent until the end of the following year, meaning December 31, 2025. Points collected from January 2024 remain valid until the end of 2025.

  • How does status update?

    Status update depends on your transactions. If you spend 0-500 GEL per month, you will receive Silver status. If you spend 500-1000 GEL per month, you will receive Gold status. If you spend more than 1000 GEL per month, you will enjoy Platinum status benefits.

  • Where can I use an electric charger?

    Our electric chargers are available at the following locations: near Smart in Gori, in Argveta, in Borjomi, and in Tbilisi on Aghmashenebeli Highway. Our chargers support only two types of connectors: CCS2 for European cars and Chademo for Japanese cars. If you have a Chinese vehicle, you can use an adapter.
