At Smart, our philosophy has always been to make every journey more enjoyable by offering customers everything they need on the road. With Smart Bakery, we are taking that experience one step further.
Our goal was to create a comfortable space where customers can take a break, relax, and enjoy delicious bakery products fresh from the oven, baked to order and served within minutes.

Meet Our Chef
A food technologist by profession, Avtandil Tsetskhladze brings years of experience in the culinary industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of Georgia’s most successful food brands, and in 2025 he joined the Smart team.
Today, many of the delicious bakery products available at Smart are made using his recipes, offering customers fresh and flavorful choices every day. And this is just the beginning, our chef has plenty of exciting new creations and tasty surprises in store for Smart Bakery guests in the future.
